Maren Colon, Staff Assistant

		Maren Colon joined Denny Miller Associates in April of 2010. Before joining the team, Maren worked as an Admissions Assistant at the University of South Dakota helping with recruitment and large campus events. Maren also has served as an intern in the Public Affairs department at Ketchum Public Relations Agency DC, a press intern for Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) in Washington, DC, and a canvasser for former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle. Prior to her move to DC, Maren interned for Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing (FEDMA), a lobbying and communications firm with the European Union in Brussels, Belgium. Maren assists the staff with administrative and legislative tasks including research, client materials and front office management. Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, Maren received her B.A. in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of South Dakota in July of 2009.
