Tom Luce began his relationship with Denny
Miller Associates in January 2007. His firm, Tom Luce Consulting, LLC,
is located in Tacoma, WA and serves business and government clients with
legislative and regulatory interests at the state and federal level. He
also serves as the Director for the Executive Council for a Greater
Tacoma. Prior to starting
his firm, Tom managed Congressman Norm Dicks’ (D-WA) district offices.
In his capacity as District Director, Tom advised the Congressman on all
matters of importance to the 6th
Congressional District, including economic development, national
defense, transportation, natural resources and the environment, as well
as Native Americans. He was especially focused on revitalization of
downtown Tacoma and Bremerton, in addition to the Hood Canal and Puget
Sound water quality issues.
Tom currently serves on the Program Committee of the
Henry M. Jackson Foundation, working to continue the advancement of
issues that were close to Senator Jackson. He also serves on the Board
of Trustees for the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, WA.
Tom is a graduate of Whitman College and holds
bachelor’s degree in English.
